Your course will include 28 assignments, 13 of which are based on the design aspect, 9 authentic wedding briefs and 6 relating to launching and marketing a new business. These assignments will lead you through every stage of planning & designing a wedding. You will be expected to treat your tutor as your bride and the assignments you submit as your proposal. This course is designed for those already working within the industry, or those who have completed a course in wedding or event planning. The event design course explores the artistic side of creating memorable events. In each unit  students will discover unique and innovative ways to design and transform environments for all types of events and venues. The course is a fun blend of conceptualizing, planning and production with lots of hands-on creativity. Students will practice virtual draping, rigging, prop and centrepiece design. They will also look at how and where to find creative inspiration, design presentations,sourcing materials, budgeting and event execution. Study at your own pace in an interactive environment.

Your course will include 40 assignments, 17 of which are based on corporate event briefs, 10 on event design, 8 wedding planning briefs and 5 business related assignments that will help you to launch and market a new business . These assignments will lead you through every stage of planning a wedding or event. You will be expected to treat your tutor as your client and the assignments you submit as your proposal. Effectively you are building yourself a portfolio as you make your way through the course, allowing you to hit the ground running upon graduation.

Your first set of assignments will relate to the Product Launch of a perfume and to further develop your skills and knowledge you will also be assigned an ongoing Event Design assignment which will be based on a sales conference with the theme of 'Diamond's are a Girls Best Friend'.
